So excited to finally share this with you!

Women’s Circle & Sound Healing is coming to Suffolk Park Community Hall, and I couldn’t be more excited to co-create this beautiful space alongside @iamjessejade.

This is a space to slow down, connect, share, be heard, and come home to yourself. Each week we’ll explore a different theme through meaningful conversation, gentle somatic practices, and a deeply relaxing sound bath.
